By accessing these applications/portals/platforms: Talent31 and others as may be launched from time to time (hereinafter referred to as "Website", "Platform", and/or "Application", which shall mean and be used interchangeably having the same meaning), developed, operated, and maintained by Fx31LABS Private Limited ("The Company"), a company having its registered office at "205, Amrakunj Avis, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382424," you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions and other incidental or related aspects for use.
Before using the platform, you must read all of the terms and conditions ("Terms") herein and the Privacy Policy provided on the Website. This Terms and Conditions/Agreement is an Electronic Record published in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India and generated by a computer system. It does not require any physical or digital signatures and is in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, issued under the aforesaid Act.

By accessing or using the platform, users agree to abide by these terms, which aim to ensure a seamless, secure, and efficient experience for all parties involved. For recruiters, the platform provides tools to streamline hiring processes, including discovering top talent, conducting assessments, and managing interviews. For job seekers, it offers access to job opportunities, career growth resources, and mock interview practices to enhance their skills. These Terms and Conditions establish the framework for fair usage, protect the rights of all users, and promote the integrity of Talent31.ai as a smart hiring solution.
Eligibility
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
User Accounts
  • You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. .
  • You are solely responsible and liable for the veracity and accuracy of all personal and other details furnished by you as well as for authentication of all documents uploaded by you at the time of registration with the Platform and afterwards.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.
  • You agree not to use false or misleading information during registration or use your account for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any unauthorized use, violation of our terms, or fraudulent activity.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Use of the Platform
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the services as per these terms. Any unauthorized or malicious use of the services is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not attempt to access or extract data from the services through unauthorized means, including hacking or reverse engineering.
  • Do not distribute viruses, malware, or engage in other activities that may harm the website or others.
4.2 Responsibilities
  • Job seekers must ensure that the information provided (e.g., resumes) is accurate and up to date.
  • Employers/recruiters must comply with applicable labor and employment laws.
Content Ownership and Usage
  • User Content: By submitting content (e.g., resumes, job postings) to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating the Platform.
  • Platform Content: All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content remain the property of Fx31LABS Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Fees and Payments
  • Certain features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Platform.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you:
